cotsi95 Posted May 1, 2009 Share Posted May 1, 2009 So these are the new hoses that will be on the market soon, I figured id give you guys a little sneak peek The name is Röka Hoses (Swedish for smoke)Here are a few teaser pics.All the hoses can be made to custom lengthsHeres a red one with plastic ends (The shape of the ends can be customized) The hose outside of the hose is chemically dyed and wont fade.Heres one with wood ends. (Other woods are available)Heres one with two woods its mahogany with an apple wood center and fuzzy endsHeres a list of some of the colors available (yellow is coming soon and two tone fades)From top to bottom the colors are: MidnightSmokePurple BlueGreenRed OrangeHere are the sizes From left to rightSmall (.375in id)Med (.4375 in id)Large (.5 in id)Also theres a standard material and a super flexiable material that can be used. You realize how these hoses are going to restrict pull and smoothness? Then again, I only smoke Egyptians/KMs, so it would not be ideal for me. These should be ok for QT's and such.. From memory I'll say their mouthpieces aren't, dunno about the rest as I've never wasted my money to buy one...That said they do look rather meh, and that certainly isn't purple haha. cotsi95 Posted May 1, 2009 Author Share Posted May 1, 2009 Ok well first the nammors are .5 id and the tips on them are WAY LESS i wanna say like .25 these have a MUCH wider tip and can be FULLY customizable. Im probably the toughest person to please on here when it comes to hoses, i have like 8 that i will only smoke on and thats because ive moded them all. These hoses are seriously awesome I guess if you dont want them then ok but I figured that people would like a hose that is washable and DOESNT FALL APART!!!!! but i guess i was wrong, oh and for the people that are local pm me and you can try one out. Charley Posted May 1, 2009 Share Posted May 1, 2009 I like them especially the one with the wooden tips and yellow tube. and for all you criticizing the mans work lets see you make a hose of the same quality for the same price. to me scallies hoses seem like a luxury item where as these seem more like an everyday item. a cheaper alternative to nammor or razan.
